I’m over at the food blog I contribute to, (Never) Too Many Cooks, making a “farewell to summer” dinner. It includes the grilled veggie kebobs pictured above and garlic bread with fresh mozzarella cheese and tomatoes.
It’s what we had last night during this Labor Day weekend, along with hot dogs, veggie burgers and corn on the cob.
A delicious end to a summer worth savoring.
